who uses the crosswalk frequently at the bottom of the Olive Street Bridge where it intersects with the Plaza entrance and exit. She stated to me that there are no speed limit or crosswalk signs posted in advance of the intersection on the bridge or from South main Street. I did check it out myself and she is correct. No signage for speed Limit or Crosswalks are posted on either side of the new bridge. She stated that she has almost been hit by cars coming down the hill towards South Main because of the lack of signage.
