The pipe next to 88 handy st is undersized and installed uphill and is not level which is resulting in our backyard flooding each time it rains. This issue was previously worked on through john clover and the previous owner of 88 handy st. EPA took Ariel photos and core of engineees came to dig and then the project stopped when supervisor retired. The water pipes for the street are under the pipe so the water doesn’t need to be shut off for street
